There is no need to call or reserve a time! Just come on by our office at Midtown and let us take care of you! Bring your device in, and we will run the initial diagnostics while you wait – which can provide a good idea of what to expect form any potential repair options. Then, we gather a little information and send you on your way, while we run a thorough and complete diagnosis of your machine and provide you with the diagnosis and repair options (all of which is absolutely free if your device is still under warranty!). The complete diagnostic process can take 24-48 hrs.
After receiving the diagnosis and quote for repairs (if any), you may then choose to proceed with the repair. If so, we then overnight all parts and perform the repairs the next day. We work hard to get your machines repaired quickly and affordably.
If you can’t be without your computer for the 1-2 day diagnosis period, we offer two solutions. First of all, we offer a $50 “rush processing fee.” If you would rather forgo the free diagnosis and have a technician immediately look at your computer, you may pay a rush fee and significantly reduce the time it takes to receive the diagnosis.
The other option we offer is to schedule an appointment thru Apple’s website. We offer several times every day in order for a technician to meet with you, personally diagnose any potential issues and provide repair options at that time.
