Schedule a reservation and come on by our office at Midtown to let us take care of you! Bring your device in, and we will run the initial diagnostics while you wait – which can provide a good idea of what to expect form any potential repair options. Then, we gather a little information and send you on your way, while we run a thorough and complete diagnosis of your machine and provide you with the diagnosis and repair options (all of which is absolutely free if your device is still under warranty and only $49 if out of warranty!). The complete diagnostic process can take 24-48 hrs.
After receiving the diagnosis and quote for repairs (if any), you may then choose to proceed with the repair. If so, we then overnight all parts and perform the repairs the next day. We work hard to get your machines repaired quickly and affordably.
If you can’t wait for a reservation, we have an option for a $50 “rush processing fee.” If you would rather forgo the free diagnosis and have a technician immediately look at your computer, you may pay a rush fee and significantly reduce the time it takes to receive the diagnosis.
However, if your computer is usable, then it is probably preferable to schedule an appointment thru Apple’s website in order to minimize the time spent without your computer. We offer several times every day in order for a technician to meet with you, personally diagnose any potential issues and provide repair options at that time.
