Mac Repair Services
FloridaPro is Tallahassee's only Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP). In fact, in 2017 and now 2018, FloridaPro has been distinguished as a Premium Service Provider (PSP), meaning we have exceeded Apple's highest standards set out for Apple Authorized Service Providers and Mac repair. Some of these standards include: (1) customer satisfaction, (2) computer repair turn-around time, (3) first-time fix rate, and (4) technician accuracy among others.
In 2017, there were over two hundred service providers in the Southeast, and only eight Mac repair shops earned the status of Premium Service Provider. It is extremely difficult to achieve and maintain, and we are proud of the service that we are able to provide to Tallahassee and all of North Florida.
FloridaPro offers a variety of professional services and computer repair at the most competitive rates. We believe that technology should work for you, not the other way around. In fact, the measure of our success is when technology is taken for granted - when it simply works, so that you can too.
FloridaPro can now offer in house iPhone screen repair! Apple only recommends one shop in town for iPhone screen repair, and that's FloridaPro. The reason for this recommendation is threefold. First, we are the ONLY shop who uses Apple Genuine Parts. Second, we are the Apple Authorized Service Provider. And Third, we are the only shop with Apple Certified Macintosh Technicians with current ACMT (mac) and ACiT (mobile) certifications. Even though our parts are more expensive, we are determined to stay highly competitive with our pricing - just check out our pricing. So, if you need screen repair why go anywhere else?
FloridaPro has been in business since 1985. Back then, we were called MacPro Services. The single technician, Ed Hague, would travel into homes and perform computer repair for their Apple products. This was way before Apple was the household name that it is today. In 2008, Ed formed FloridaMac, and continued to repair Apple computers and kept a small, loyal group of clients. In 2013, Ed's son-in-law, Drew Register, took over the business due to Ed's health-related issues.
Drew transformed the business from a one-man service idea into a brick-and-mortar shop it is today. However, the goal remained the same: to provide superior, personal service. To do this, Drew knew that that he needed FloridaMac to become Apple Authorized in order to acquire the Apple Genuine parts and certifications needed to effectively work on Apple products. In 2015, Apple saw FloridaMac's dedication and superior service and offered the much-coveted title of "Apple Authorized Service Provider." The one requirement - no "Mac" allowed in the name. Therefore, in 2016, FloridaMac became FloridaPro Computing. In 2017, FloridaPro was distinguished among Apple Service Providers as an "Apple Premium Service Provider." That title we have worked hard to maintain to this day.
